The Aspire Youth Academy (AYA) was developed with one purpose in mind- provide world class, age appropriate training to youth and adolescents aged 5-16.
Our program's aim to;
Increase physical activity levels;
Enhance physical competence and performance;
Develop fundamental movement skills;
Create fun, engaging, and challenging training environments;
Improve psycho-social skills;
Prepare young athlete's for the demands of high level sport; and
Reduce sport drop out due to injury and burnout!
Junior Academy (5-10 Y.O)
Our junior sessions prioritize fun and engagement. We use game based activities to develop the fundamental movement skills required for sport and every day life. Kids will see improvements in running mechanics, co-ordination, speed, power, ball skills, and movement.
This program is suited for ALL kids that want to be more active, and improve their physical ability!
Senior Academy (10-16 Y.O)
The senior academy focuses on the development of three key pillars; physical, psychological, and social. Each session challenge's the members to grow in all of these areas. Our holistic approach ensures that members will see improvement in all physical qualities, as-well as improved confidence, motivation, and training knowledge.
This program is aimed at anyone that wants to improve their physical competency, whether for sport or general health and well being. As members mature (both mentally and physically) training becomes more individualized to ensure their specific needs are met.
