With a specialist interest in shoulder & upper limb rehabilitation, as well as post surgical & orthopaedic rehabilitation I offer an enthusiastic approach to Physiotherapy.  I am analytical in my approach to movement & readily integrate knowledge of the wider kinetic chain and movement principles into my rehabilitation.  I am passionate about helping people back to their best, optimising their recovery from injury and maximising performance.

Qualifying in 2002 with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including acute & community hospitals, private hospitals, sports injury clinics and here in New Zealand.  In 2016 I completed an MSc in Advanced Practice at the University of Liverpool, UK and went on to work as an Extended Scope Physiotherapy Practitioner in Musculoskeletal & Orthopaedics.  I relocated to Papamoa in 2018 with my husband and son & we are lucky enough to call the sunny bay of plenty  "home"

Outside of work I spend as much time as possible with my family, which usually involves riding a bike, swimming in the sea, climbing mountains or exploring the Bay & beyond.  When there's time left in the day you'll usually find me running, swimming or cycling (on or off road) in pursuit of fitness & the odd triathlon!!
