Laura was born in the UK and grew up in Cyprus and so loves the beach and summer weather here in the sunny Bay of Plenty! Also a Strength and Conditioning coach, Laura loves sport and has a keen interest in injury prevention and preparing athletes for competition having worked with various teams and athletes in both S&C and Massage.
Laura studied in England gaining a Degree in Sport Science and a Masters Degree in Strength & Conditioning Coaching, then in 2018 qualified as a Registered Massage Therapist in NZ
My main areas of interest are complex sports injuries, in particular running injuries and working with our young talented athletes to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
