Calling all young athletes on the mend! Our program is your comeback story waiting to happen. It's all about overcoming injuries and returning to your peak form—stronger and more resilient.

Rehabilitation is at the heart of what we do. We're here to guide you through every step of your recovery, ensuring you regain your strength and confidence. It's not just about getting back to the game; it's about coming back better than ever.

At Foundation Clinic, you'll find a supportive environment where healing meets performance. Under the expert care of our Physiotherapist, you'll work on rehab exercises that are both safe and effective.

Remember, research backs us up: consistent strength training can boost your strength by an impressive 30% to 50% in just 8 to 12 weeks. To maintain and build on that progress, training at least twice a week is key.

➡️ Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4pm - 5pm.

➡️ Memberships cost $20 a week - attend as many classes as you like 👊

Included in this will be:

  • Gym strength programme
  • Weekly training plan, taking into account your sport.
  • Group nutrition session. 1:1 available for an extra cost
  • Access to the rehab room (at an extra cost)
