MEET OLLIE VALENTINE:

What is the sport you compete in?
Football! Played football all my younger years here in Tauranga. Played 1-year at TBC then went to MAGS on scholarship. Then played for the Wellington Phoenix U23s and Central Coast Mariners U23s. Then landed my first pro contract with FC Pinzgau Saalfelden First Team.

How has physio helped you in your sport?
It has helped me recover from minor and major injuries and made me more aware of injury prevention. Has taught me the best ways to recover and ways to still train around injuries.

What has been your biggest accomplishment so far in your sport?
Signing professional in Austria

What's next for Ollie?
Aim is to recover from my current injury as soon as possible under the guidance of my physios and then head back overseas to continue playing football
