Raised in the mighty Manawatu by a fanatical sports family, I decided to base my career around my passion for physical activity. I graduated from Otago University in 2011 with Distinction in a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and have been based in the musculoskeletal setting since. I then went on to gain a Certificate in Western Acupuncture in 2012, and a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in 2016. I have been fortunate enough to have experience working with our New Zealand Team at the Pacific Games, NZ Black Ferns 15s, All Blacks 7s Development Team, BOP Women's Rugby, Te Puke Sports Premier Rugby Team, and NZ Synchronised Swimmers.
I love being a physio. I strive to deliver a comfortable friendly experience, whilst helping clients achieve their own personal goals. I am enthusiastic about all facets of sports rehabilitation and relish a challenge. My main areas of interest are sports-related concussion, and lower limb injuries.
In my spare time, I enjoy being active with my husband and two sons, whether out on the lake, working on our house renovations, or chasing kids on bikes.
