Hi there! I'm your friendly face at the reception of Aspire Sports Med. -

I was born in Auckland and moved to Tauranga when I was nine. Growing up in the Bay of Plenty has been an enjoyable experience.

Being part of the team at Foundation perfectly complements my lifestyle. Sport has always been a big part of my life, thanks to my family's passion for it. While I’ve tried my hand at various sports, strength training is where my true passion lies. I’ve been training at Aspire Sports and Health for quite some time now, and I look forward to every session. I’m always eager to improve and get stronger. Throwing on my headphones and diving into a great playlist is my way of switching off and focusing on myself while training.

When I’m not in the gym, you’ll likely find me spending quality time with friends and family.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Foundation team and can’t wait to meet you all!
