Jeff specialises in running-related injuries and other sports injuries, combining his extensive background in biomechanics and exercise physiology with a passion for outdoor activities. With a degree in Physical Education from Otago University and a Master's in Rehabilitation Science from Glasgow Caledonian University, Jeff has honed his skills through teaching, hospital work, and treating diverse patient populations.
Clinically, Jeff is dedicated to helping patients recover from orthopaedic and sports injuries, using manual therapy and targeted rehabilitation to restore mobility and strength. Outside of work, Jeff is an avid sports enthusiast, actively participating in mountain biking, skiing, off-road running, and squash. He loves trail running, with "The Goat" being his favourite event, and enjoys skiing and playing social hockey with his children.
