Born and raised in the Sunny UK, I was always playing sport rain or shine. My main passion is rugby, being lucky enough to play Union and League at university and competitively. To keep myself busy I dabble in lacrosse, golf, tennis and now I'm trying a bit of surfing (much harder than it looks) and BJJ (definitely as hard as it looks).
I genuinely love all sports and being able to move and play for me is where it's at. Part of my passion for physio lies in helping people get active, stay active or improve their performance. After my own injuries, seeing the impact physiotherapy can have was the lightbulb moment where I knew this was the career for me.
I graduated in the UK with degrees in Physiotherapy and Sports and Exercise Science. I consolidated my skills with junior rotations around Bournemouth Hospital (UK), then moved to sunny Hawkes bay, to focus on MSK and spend time with family. Here I was fortunate enough to physio for my old club HRS and was part of the historic 2020 season where the Maddison was finally won! I was also fortunate enough to physio for the Magpies 7's and Tennis eastern national training squads.
Although my passion lies in sports, I love working with people from all walks of life, all types of injury, and will always give it my all to help you succeed.
