Sarah specialises in diagnosing both acute and chronic injuries, offering post-injury rehabilitation and developing personalized pre-hab programs for athletes. Sarah focuses on identifying and addressing biomechanical, strength-related, and neuromuscular risk factors to prevent injuries.
Since graduating from the University of Otago in 2011, Sarah joined the NZ Snow Sports team as one of the lead physiotherapists for the NZ Olympic free-ski and snowboard athletes, providing top-notch care during their northern hemisphere training and competition seasons.
Passionate about sports, Sarah is dedicated to helping amateur and professional athletes achieve peak performance and stay injury-free. As an avid mountain biker, snowboarder and 1st Dan black belt in Karate, she brings her personal passion for sports to her practice, ensuring her patients receive expert, empathetic care tailored to their unique needs.
